With the new Grohk buff to his totems, giving them simultaneous cool downs, Grohk can now permanently have three totems up. This requires Chronos 3 for full effectiveness, but is still nearly 100% up without. Crackle to bring totems to full effectiveness, Spirits grace for team movement speed on point and survivability. Shamanic might to gain more benefit from healing and avoid burst. Basically just sit on point with three totems and make your team TANKY.
If you don't value totem uptime quite as much, or you expect them to shoot your totems, switch points from spirits grace or crackle into monolith totem.
Gale, however, is unnecessary and not as effective with the new Grohk because your totems are simultaneous.
