Toot
Leave a cloud for 3s that grants allies 600 health over 3s.
Scurry
Using Scamper heals you for 100-500 health over its duration.

Guide

So in this build, Scamper is your main asset as Toot not only heals your allies, but it heals you as you run for 600 HP. Then we stalk up on Scurry, increasing it to level 5 so that it grants us 500 additional HP. So now we're at a total of 1100 but we're not done yet. Next, Get Symbiotic up to level 5 so now if we use Scamper below half health, we get 1.5 x the health back. So after some quick calculations it comes to a total of 1650 health that scamper heals us if we're below half health. Scoot and Shimmer are always nice to have, and Harmonious just adds another way to get a little more healing.
