Guide

Last time i tried this i got 109k in a 7 minute match on TDM (Trade District).

Basically, the loadout is heavily reliant on your cooldown management. Some burn cards that are necessary are:
Totemic Ward - Due to a glitch with Spirit's Domain, Outreach V doesn't seem to affect the radius of the totem at all, so this is best used with Totemic Ward (for now)
Chronos III - Most important card. Reduces the cooldown of Ghost Walk even more to allow for a faster totem
Cauterize I/II - Depends on the situation, most of the time you're trying to focus on keeping your totem up so this might not be as useful (maybe if you're better you can)
Kill to Heal II - Good for extra sustain
*BLUE CARDS CAN BE TAKEN DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION*

Timing your cooldowns:
It's important to use your Ghost Walk when the totems cooldon is at around 6-5. with Chronos III and Haunting III it should bring down the CD of Ghost Walk to 8-9 seconds (I don't know the exact number, but afaik sometimes it can reduce it to slightly over 7).

Attacking/Applying Caut:
Attacking is best done in between totem placements. If you can split your attention between your cooldowns and enemies applying caut shouldn't be much of a problem. Dish out as much damage as possible while the totem is placed, then once the cooldown of totem makes it to 5 use Ghost Walk to refresh the totem. With the Crackle card, it should be just enough time to place another totem down before the previous totem dissapears.

Healing:
Due to how large the Area is, try to put it on more than one player at a time, preferably in a place where they can reach it easily. Communication is important which is why this build is best used in a team.

Once you take all of this into consideration, you'll be on your way to getting tons of heals with Grohk (which sounds surprising, but it does actually work!) So VVGL and VVGF
