You are the AC 130 . This build is for fun and I assume its not good at all. basically you use the poppy bomb to launch yourself and throw the grumpy bomb while in the air increasing your movement speed you can also get a few throws with your primary in as well to secure kills. The best items for this would be Nimble, Chronos, Kill to heal, Haven. or do whatever you want this deck is meant to be fun. :D
