Pretty standard loadout for a aggressive evie. 750 hp heal with wormhole blink, great for some easy health and self retain. Extra blink distance for some extra offensive capability and extra time to line up those flick shots. Soar reset and cantrip as fillers, and soar speed so you don’t get picked off in the air
