This loadout focuses Agility, using Trigger Happy one of Koga's best cards, combined with Wind's embrace, and Liferip 3, can give an insane amount of healing, and it can counter a great portion of cauterize. and using Master of arms with Wanted helps you keep firing your SMGs for a longer time to keep the Trigger happy effect working, and Trespasser is good for the extra jump height since you will only use agility, and a filler. what you want to use here is mostly agility because it will make you faster, heal more, give you ammo and better jump height, now you can still use the dashes for emergency uses, but your main fous is agility, and it is less expensive since it lasts for 4 seconds, just keep jumping and shooting and it should be hard for enemies to hit you, with the constant healing you are getting, gl and hf!
