With this loadout, you're very stationary. In Mana Rift you charge your mana while you charge your Pyre Ball. When your Pyre Ball and mana are fully charged you can release your left mouse button and then immediately click again to shoot 2 fireballs and make dmg of 2000 and take out flankers that have a low health base (like Evie) with this combo. You can improve this by using your Inferno Cannon at the end to pressure tanks.
