Guide

Fernando can be both main and off tank. This is a pseudo main tank build with ability to close gaps and escape.

By closing gaps you need either:
1. movement ability or
2. increased movement speed.

For the ability Charge, the build aims to allow Fernando to go in and out with less pressure. Therefore Safe Travel V - Bowling Ball Fernando Version - is to grant him extra HP for duel and escape. The Heat Transfer III guarantees a reset in Charge after the big Shield is burnt, when you find yourself in 1v3 situations (unless it doesn’t last for even 2s).

For the movement speed, Pursuit III and Running Start II grants him ~20% movement speed when requirements are met. This allows him to not suffer too much from diminishing returns, if you wish to buy Nimble or your Support teammates have movement speed loadout cards.

Fearless Leader II gives him resets on cooldowns upon elimination. This is important for this build which utilises Charge to grant personal shield and movement speed.

You can consider buying Chronos if your enemies starts running more Wrecker to deal with your big Shield. The key to the build is to reset charge when low with Shield. The faster they break the shield, the longer the bowling ball down time is.
