Now with 25% movement speed and 50% cooldown on eliminations, your withdraw ability will be up all the time, use it offensively and finish off a target after that 1,250 damage arrow with planted and you'll have it again very soon, if played well, you can be everywhere but also nowhere. The last two cards are a filler, but I found these two the most helpful, you already have 25% movement speed (that's almost nimble III) and you have insane cooldown reductions, so that extra 50 health, and 5% damage reduction during planted can really help you finish of a target with planted before it finishes you, the only really good substitute for swagger is grounded if you use planted too often.
