Impulse recently saw a nerf in 1.4 but is still strong. This build is focused around Cassie’s blast shot ability which can be combod with her basic attack for a huge burst.
Blast Shower V alows you to get your blast shot back faster.
Kinetics V so we can have early cauterise in our build.
Drain Life II, Somersault II and Quiver are just useful filler cards.
