Cc immune BK can handle pretty much every control.
Extra HPs save him from many ult and allow him to duel other DPS and off-tank.
Jolt allow him to keep distance from close range fighters pushing hard on you like Buck, Talus, Moji etc. You got an instant escape. Also it allow you to kick no dash champions out of the objectif point and sometimes out of the map.
You can play this BK with Royal Subjects legendary card to increase your 1v1 winrate fights.
The best items you can pick with this deck are cauterize lvl 3/wreaker lvl 3 (depends on who you focuse on) and then agility (yellow item)
