So this is the best build for Vivian hands down. I'll explain why, the deflector shield builds are all cool and all, but the shield can be destroyed so quickly that it always gives you a small window of abuse, so there's no real reason to try make it better, I honestly think the shield is just worthless and used to block only major abilities.
So with this build, simply aim down your sights, and hit your shots. Your ammo being at 90% ammo not consuming is ridiculous and allows your DPS to naturally become your TANKING. The game plan for any Vivian player should be straight forward. Start with items Life Rip, and Kill to Heal. Cautrize is picked up first only if theres two healers, your team should be able to deal with one less Cauterize for the 1st back. Then you wanna stay back, almost like an anchor for your team to fall back too, using your senses drones to spot your right and left flanks.
Your number one priority is to get your ultimate. This is where the damage of this build comes. Vivians ultimate is unique in the aspect that its a static passive you GAIN. Which some players dont understand the importance of. When you get your two missile boi's you cannot die. This is because of two reasons. One you just worked your ass off to abuse Vivian's power. And Two while you have your Ultimate Up. You can be charging your Ultimate again. Meaning if you do die but play Vivian correctly, you most likely be at 65-100% ultimate charge if you die. Anything below I would consider a failure.
And thats it. Aim down your sights. And hit them, the power of this build is just never let go of the trigger when you start a team fight even to switch targets since the only ammo you lose is generally in transition of target switches.
