you have cooldown resets to let you fly all over the map killing things with your ult, you also have ammo regen so you dont have to reload in the middle of a fight. (also a bit of sustain on blink just in case) jump on a squishy like furia, ult her so she cant run away, get a kill then your ability's are back up to do it again on a different poor soul.
