This deck is based on wrath (increased fire rate), dealing damage. With the additional 40% beam radius you are able to hit the enemy way easier. If you hit an enemy or heal an ally you gain wrath. Burning Oath gives you self heals, this is important if you dont have a proper 2nd healer, tho its useful in almost every situation. Nimble, Chronos and Haven are usually the best items for this.
