Great killing build with survivability!
Well Oiled gives you a nice reload speed when facing enemies.
Fortitude gives you a little bit of a health booster when attacking an enemy with Pursuit.
The Hunted gives you health back for attacking the target, it comes in handy.
Juke Boots just gives you a few extra hit points can be quite useful because flanks are squishy.
Compel just helps you use pursuit a little more.
My play style is track down the target put as many holes in him as possible when you lose health if he attacks you pop pursuit to finish him off and get a nice chunk of health back run or slide out of or into another fight and do it all over again.
Items I pick now thanks the the patch are
Kill to heal v3
Cauterize v3
Reload v3
Nimble v3
Easy to max because killing targets grants you more money.
