Throw Smoke Screen at an enemy to block there line of sight and gets you into stealth then fire off poison bolts to do the real damage and finish then off with normal bolts. Rinse and repeat to get best flank 99% of the time. Use hidden to run away if you get caught and need a quick exit plan. Best thing about posion is it also finishes off damaged enemies quickly so you can also rob kills like a troll.
For items it really all depends on what you like I normally run reload or caut. Moral boost or nimble. Kill to heal or veteran. For the blue its dealers choice I use any one of them pending on the other team. Hope it works for you as it does me so have fun.
