Never stay in one spot as willow, always change positions.
CHRONOS III is your best friend. Willo can survive without CAUTERIZE.
Depending on opposing teams make-up: Skye's that is obviously going to need Illuminate.
But after that, I usually get Caut or I'll use Wrecker or Speed reload.
Your main focus should be Chronos.
