So I'm not the best tiberius but i do know that his cards can provide huge self heals and also help him escape easily, so what you want to do is keep your distance and keep using combat trance to deal damage and charge your ult, if there are a few enemy's on the point in a group, use your heavy blade to damage them, then when you're ugly is charged, use it, then dash out and repeat the whole process
Also, if you feel like getting up close and personal, I suggest bumping up the level of World-Traveler so you can escape a lot earlier. There's not much variation in the way you can play Tiberius but you can use this deck to see what you like and change out some cards and talents to find what works best for you.
