Want to keep spamming shields? SURE YOU DO
With this setup they need to BREAK your initial shield so put it in middle of team fights. After they break it its on a shortened cooldown. With chronos 3 you are looking at 1 second shields as long as they keep breaking. Luckily pew pew pew is easy.
