That deck allows to heal 3 teammates. With chronos3 allows to do it constantly. With luminary it provides +15% dmg for both tanks and one of dps(dmg or flanker), and in combination with caut/wrecker makes enemy tanks or healers die faster. Lightyears and Heavenly Pull are very important to be at lvl 2 at least, in case that deck doesn't provide any defense or healing to Jenos, so requires him to stay in safe position and immediately retreat from any threats. And Falling Star just as filler card. With well-timed usage allows to heal additional teammate a little bit.

Use that deck if you trust to your team and they can get benefits from that.
