This Pip, while a terrible healer, does very well for himself as a damage support. With "Side Tanks" maxed at 5 your explosive flask will have a merger cooldown of 5 seconds with 2.75 (+.25 from "Gravitation") of those seconds benefiting from the slow effect from the flask and 4 of those seconds under the effect of "Catalyst" for extra damage. That combined with "Smithereens" 2 will allow you to pepper the field with weapons shots as you only need to hit two enemies with your explosive flask in order to fill your mag by 66%. "Acumen" 3, and "Moxie" 4 allow you to play more aggressively as they'll sustain you while "dueling" other flanks and damage characters. While important to the build if you still want to be able to somewhat effectively support your team then I recommend swapping "Acumen" and "Moxie" out with "Reload" 4 and "Medical Excellence" 3 or 4 (possibly also cutting "Smithereens" 2 down to 1.)
