This built is perfect to play Viktor as Support to protect middlepoint while your tank takes it.
Nades are fast regenerated with the high radius, and the laser gun help you finish your targets by easily hitting heads (you just have to have a good aim, instead, aim for chest and replace flack jacket for another card that reload ammo on nade hits).
How to use, Shot some bullets, throw nade, shot some more bullet, throw antoher nade once the previous one has hit targets, and go on finishing your mag on the remaining heads that are still alive ! And you can do it without going all front, cause with the lazer aiming, you can shot from a distance at ease :)
I play this build since some monthes now, and in all games i were in, I have dealt 100k+ damage staying covered, and 200k+ damage while going in frontline.
