Track (by looking at their feet), hit (by imagining their path), target one at a time, walls are your best friend, abilities give you ammo if you can't reload in time, alternatively buy reload speed.
Having ult as often as possible is essential for max annoyance.
Remember, deadzone isn't everything, cucking them from heals is nice but melting them is more satisfying.
