Whirl is the Main idea here. If you flank (like you're supposed too) you can g et enough hits, and if you need too, run away. If they're causing you problems, you counter, healing you so it lowers the chances of you using billow. If you used too much ammo, using whirl to run away gives ammo, so if your target is not paying attention, you could possibly kill them. And other things. Not the best deck but it's okay, hope it's effective for you!
