Pretty straightforward, for the most part I use this when I see a lot of caut on the other side or the team needs more of a mobile damage dealer. Concussion helps you net more, tangled helps net make more of an impact in longer fights . Gotcha 3 is enough to help you chase down people or even use the boost to reposition yourself. Bully and Leg Day are our fillers here, with buck you pretty much get a healing item last typically, so life rip 1.2 for free can help you in the mean time, and leg day 1 is enough to help you hit some trickier cliffs and recover when need be. This build compared to my bulk up one is more effective when you expect to be playing an alt damage dealer more than a hard flank, but you can still do both roles. Not to mention the damage on an ensnared headshot still feels great.
