Guide
all the talents work, but I prefer Vortex Grip first or Firing Line if lots of cc or enemy Khan.
For Items I max Rejuvenate first if i have a good healer. the rest is personal preference.
I generally go Rejuv, Morale, Caut/Wrecker, then Blast/Haven,.
For extra fun get vortex grip and a Jenos and lockout the most annoying enemy
