Guide
This loadout is made to help you snowball through enemies. Use your hook to help your team get an elimination and proc Rampage. After that, just keep up with them as the enemies try to run away since you'll get a ton of mvmnt speed. Also you can use the bonus movement speed from Rampage to try and escape if you're almost dying.
Never forget that if you're in danger and need to escape, as soon as u reach 40% health your shell spin will be up thanks to the Ebb and Flow card, which reduces the cd of shell spin by 80% instantly. The travel distance bonus of 30% from Surf will help you with that too.
