Basically, you shouldn't run out of ammo if your getting the kills and hitting your nade, if your hitting your shots the first 2 cards should keep you alive in any 1v1 and most 1v2s with the cardio talent sustaining your lack of support In these fights.
As for items, LIFE RIP helps even more with survivability if your hitting your shots any read cards are great choices deft hands is probably the better choice but like most games items are situational but LIFE RIP is a must imo.
