Spam combat trance. Every thing else is to reset combat trance with heavy blade. You can also flank with this loadout.
Important**
Do not discount the Vicious Assault talent. The talent that gives the chakrams extra bounce is complete trash. At that point the bounce is completely uncontrollable and RNG, and rarely ever connects. Also, when it does, it does like 400 or 350 damage, which is pathetic since Tiebrius already does pretty low damage for a DPS.
The talent that makes heavy blade explode is also less viable than the normal heavy blade. Normal heavy blade has easier damage potential IMO. Also, you need high ground and a packed team/map for it to have a chance at being better than the normal heavy blade.
Meanwhile, Vicious Assault dealt a huge amount of damage, even though it is very hard to use. It is pretty much the only talent that gives Tiberius a real buff. This also makes him a good burst flanker with a crouch to heavy blade combo for 1550 damage. Tiberius also has this insanely hard combo to do where you leap and heavy blade the opponent in the air. This will slow them and make the 700 dmg much easier to land. Also, since you already threw the blade, you can recall the blade on landing for a total of 2050 dmg burst.
Honed Senses = best card, 30 sec ults or better.
Combat trance makes him one of the best duelers in the game with no skill required, so you need to be reseting it. It also allows him to flank really good, and can be used to burst with the combo above if your heavy blade is down.
Some cards to reduce crouch in order to flank and escape easily.
Laslty reduce the heavy blade a little because 15 seconds is way too long for such an important ability.
