Guide
So i use this build every time i see Viktor,Tyra,Talus,Vivian etc.
Why?Because i can kill them pretty easilly with only counter:]
The items that i recommand for this set are:
1.Chronos(Always buy it first)
2.Life Rip or Kill to Heal(It depends on which you like)
3.Cauterize or Wrecker(Depends on the enemy team if they have Torvald or Fernando and nobody goes wrecker then take it,if someone goes wrecker or you dont need it then go cauterize)
4.Haven(It will help you to take less damage and possibly dont die that easy)
