This deck is very bursty with the missile launchers and with the cards that heal him when he uses missile launchers and damage reduction cards Ruckus is a great pick for any team comp.
Items - Max caut, with 200 bullets he can spray the entire team and get them with caut easier than most champions.
- Rejuvenate 3
- Moral Boost 3 (if you can afford it but only get after rejuvenate is maxed out)
Overall this build makes Ruckus a great addition to any team comp.
