Guide
This build isn't like the wormhole build. With wormhole u blink in and out and play passiv. But with this loadout u should play more aggresiv.
Usually u play with wormhole, but if there is a Tiberius or many flanks who are squishy u can easy cancel them with ur ult.
"Impact IV" and "Killing Frost III" is for getting soar, blink and Ice block after a kill.
"Flicker IV" Is for a bit selfheal while blinking.
"Swift witch III" is for more speed for ur soar.
At last I take "Biting cold I", but u can change it with a other card which give u ammo.
