This is NOT, I repeat NOT a reliable deck, this is just what I use when I feel like messing around. It’s very fun to be moving around w one of the fastest base speed champions with an extra 130% movement speed w prowl, out of combat and nimble lvl 3. The key is to play like evie, just poke and deal chip damage, there’s no offensive ability with this deck. Just dart around and be annoying... have fun
