Guide

I think a lot of people are getting wrong for Luna’s use. You should not really let it cap the point for you in the beginning of the point fight. Let your point tank do the job. (Welp if it’s a 0 tank causal game then leave the point alone.) Moments that you should put the dog on the point is EITHER your team have won the initial/point fight and start dismounting/pushing, OR you are gonna stall the point/payload to prevent a cap/push. Let your teammates blame you not putting the dog on point at all times — they are just clueless.

Other than dire times like that, just put the pet next to you. You got crazy Moonlight recharge sticking next to Luna with the card Protectors at 4. Usually people use Sanctum of Faith instead of this card, but Protects gets DOUBLE of that refund. If you can manage to stick with the dog during the initial point fights, it is gonna help a lot on your resources.

Another benefit of hiding Luna next to you is, you can stun the flanks coming at you. The stun has a 18s CD and if you put it on point, shoot the enemy tank and make the dog stun the poor guy, then you have no weapons to defend yourself when you are actually getting flanked at. BUT if you have Luna next to you, not only it stuns, but it also does some damage like a Barik turret at other times, and can be handy to finish the flanks off. To make you position Luna more flexibly at different times, Spirits Arrows 2 is put here. You can redeploy pretty fast with the card. You will feel the difference in CD of having this card or not if you tried it.

Then the rest of the cards are pretty standard. Moonwalk for longer, sustained healing. Restored Faith for self sustain. Moonlight Garden for more moonlight refund. You can swap this card for Sanctum of Faith, but 2% every 1s is really meh. I rather trust myself and shoot the enemy instead for faster refund. It used to be more busted when it activates on shields. I think it still activates on Inara walls I.e. deployables though. Feel free to farm on the walls for the resources.
