Summary: Flank with this deck and teleport like no one! Fly on your broom and kill enemies both to flee and attack as well. Heal yourself on the block of ice and with the blink. A great deck that is neither defensive nor offensive! You choose how to use it!
In case you have tanks like Fernando or Khan I always buy Life Rip so that at the time I flank I always have life to, then break the shields. Buy Rejuvenate to gain more healing from your supports but only in case the enemy team has massive damage. Buy Veteran in the last place if you choose to use the deck offensively but in case you use defensively buy this in second or third place!
Buy Wrecker initially in case the enemy team has champions with big shields like Ash and Fernando but, in case the enemy team has a Supports that heals a lot or two Supports, buy Cauterizar.Deft Hands or Bulldozer are practically useless to Evie when in the team enemy has no facility or if you use the deck defensively.
Buy Chronos to reduce reload of the Evie or Nimble Broom to move quickly in case you have a sniper character! Buy Morable Boost to Let the enemies down slowly all the time.Master Riding will be little used in competitive games and so I I do not advise buying!
Buy Resilience first in case you have a Makoa or Inara on the enemy team, Haven or Blast Shields will be heavily used depending on the formation of the enemy team and so this choice will depend on you and not me! Illuminate will be useful if you have a Strix or a Skye on the enemy team so again that will depend on your choices and enemy formation!
