Reduce your damage taken by 50% while using Juggernaut.
Heal for 150-750 for each champion hit by Juggernaut.
Reduce your damage taken by 3-15% for 3s after activating Ignition.
Reduce the Cooldown of Juggernaut by 1-5s after activating Soul Harvest.
Increase the distance traveled by Juggernaut by 8-40%.
Reduce your damage taken by 5-25% for 3s after activating Soul Harvest.
With this build, maxing chronos is what makes it godly as long as there is little to no CC on the enemy team.
Use juggernaut to place yourself where you need to be and then pop ignition to not only fire up your gatling quickly but also to begin recieving your damage reduction from Hellish Loadstones.
Once you're in between 25%-45% health, pop your soul harvest. Not only will this heal you and retrieve soul fragments, you will also have 20% damage reduction from the Void Lord card. Annndddd, will bring your juggernaut cooldown down 5 seconds. With this card, and chronos 3, you follow the same sequence of events but now you will recieve juggernaut back in about 3 seconds after activating soul harvest.
This makes raum extremely tanky, extremely mobile and very annoying to deal with.
Until you can max chronos, defensive play is required.
My two filler cards for juggernaut distance and 150 health with each enemy hit during juggernaut also provides slightly more sustainability and the distance addition helps with timing as far as reactivating your soul harvest goes.
