Pick adrenaline junkie most of the time but this also works with blood reaper
Use your claws when fighting/flanking, and skewer to heal or finish targets. 3 claw attacks and a skewer is enough to kill any non-tank. The skewer goes through shields and things like androxus reflect. If you get a skewer kill you get enough energy refunded from gale storm 3 to bring out your claws again and repeat.
Use skewer to not only finish targets but also to escape, gap close, heal and finish with SMGs, be creative!
