Nothing Personal reveals low hp targets to you.
You set down Rune of Travel, so you have 10 seconds to take out your target. Evanescent lets you get there faster.
Blitz upper them into overcharge, then spray until the cooldown is up.
Once you do this a couple of times, you will be able to repeat the process, this time adding your ult to the mix, allowing you to take down higher hp targets.
For cards, I normally go for Morale Boost, then Cauterize. Just keep upgrading them, you don't really need anything else, but if you want to you can get Haven / Blast Shields depending on the enemy line up. Healing can come last because this deck gets you enough sustain to continuously combo targets, and it's a vampire build. You can go for Veteran if you don't have a reliable healer, or Rejuvenate if you do. Have fun!
