This deck is all about ultimate charge regeneration and health regeneration. In my opinion one of the strongest decks you can use for tiberius at the moment. Optional changes for more cooldown on your Combat Trance: Instrument of fate 5 (instead of 1) Test of strength 3 (instead of 5) Charisma 1 (instead of 3)
