I heard that the Vortex grip talent has been become weak because of the 1.2 Seconds on the Commander Grab But don't worry this is how to fix this talent
First off you need to have a lvl 5 Hulking Strength to Make the Cooldown short but it will be on 9 seconds Cooldown
But if you want to make it shorter I Would really recommend you to buy All Chronos Cause with that it will make the cooldown even shorter
Tier 1: 8 Seconds Cooldown
Tier 2: 8.7 Seconds Cooldown
Tier 3: 7 Seconds Cooldown
