This build is designed to provide your team with constant vision and flank protection. It lacks defensive cards outside of situational awareness so you will rely on superior positioning and being able to quickly relocate based on your constant observation of enemy movements.
While maintaining vision around high traffic areas is very valuable for your team, sometimes covering a vulnerable flank is more so. With such a low cooldown you should constantly be assessing where to place your next flare for maximum benefit.
