I Think it is important to have a lot of ammo to confirm kill I always use this loadout in team deathmatch since u need kills to win anyways I use my credit on kill to heal, life rip, death hands and the other one is optional why I putted the talents cardio is because you get health and ammo so when u get in a fight with no ammo u will always have more which will annoy your enemies. The reason I'm doing this deck is because I feel like victor is not really good right now my suggestion is change the talents shrapnel for another one i call it strong aimer which would increase by 50 each shot u hit on an enemies and if u miss them then it reset i hope u get what i mean pls buff Viktor
