Vora, Vora, Vora... Excells nowhere but is a true Jack of All Trades. I would like to offer a proper guide (about Obliteration's invincibility frames, ult usage with its speed+DR) but you will find this online, check out AndrewChicken.
What's about this build?
As i said in the other ones, I largely prefer DR or even CD reduction over healing as it is useless when cauterized. DR is always here for you.
Buuuuut, as the title says (and i actually, rarely though, use this deck when i feel it's needed) here is a deck that CAN make you shine even with really poor or none healing output from your healer.
I wouldnt usually play it as Vora's base kit is plenty enough in early game and, i repeat myself, but it falls heavily when caut' builds up.
Let's do some tasty maths.
- Any fully charged siphon will grant you 1200Hps (without caut, which is definitely doable when picking behind a wall after caut' effect).
-> 300HPs siphon's heal (over 2s.)+ 200 from the A Broken Path card (which works even without any charge, just don't miss) another 500HPs from your passive (100hps per charge EVEN IF YOU MISS) AND 200 more HPs thanks to the awesome Sharpened Resolve card at 4 (which works like Kasumi's one except Vora has the charges ON HER, last forever, is used for 2 abilities and... yeah, different topic) wich works for fully charged Obliteration too!
-> If cards are maxed, just know the max possible is (without life rip or any buff)
300+500+250+250=1300.
-> If you use Annihilate fully charged instead of Siphon, just throw away the 300 from siphon and card so that makes 500(passive)+200/250 from Sharpened Resolve wich is awesome for the fact it gives 250 max more healing when you use any fully charge ability.
-> Know that a 3 charges siphon would, for exemple still work, giving you 300+300(100 per charge passive)+200+120(40x3) wich is still 920.
-> without a healer, you can still throw a 1 charge siphon, hit and get 300+100(from passive)+200+40 for 640 Hps. Wich is situationnal but awesome!
-> finally, a missed but fully charged siphon results in 0+500+0+250... 750HPs for "nothing".
With that being said, how to play this?
The goal here is to, as always, snipe out to get some charges and dive carefully using high thrown tendrils and its momentum to get out of your impact point and move freely over the map, taking int and preparing yourself to bleed your target.
You have projectiles. So throw them, get cover (know your combo/s. Per strike by heart), rince and repeat. It's called peaking and, when you play projectile, it saves you a lot of HPs while being unpredictable.
Healers are the priority if they are alone, then damages, flanks and tanks. With this talent, you want to siphon the sh** out of tanks too, standing in their face with your 30% CD reduction and farming charges over their shield. Do it preferably after you killed their healer.
A good combo would be tendril, hit them with the first, then double ones (3 hits) while in the sky then fully charged siphon (cripple right when Seris/Ying are about to escape, not too soon), final shot of your combo and/or Obliterate. Even without charges, you'll avoid damages while doing some.
I won't do the maths and as it's situationnal (the foe can be healed, or have huge lufe rip etc etc) but another one would be same tendril setup, 1... 2-3 left clicks, instant siphon then Obliterate (you can do all of that while in the sky) and final shot if needed. It can destroy anything under 2.2k (not sure) and is a really good setup/finisher in any case.
I would, especially with this talent, rather cripple and do more damage with siphon than using Obliterate as a finisher (wich i use more obtenez to avoid burst/ults thanks to the invincibility frames).
Chronos, your best item (more DR being second) actually teaches you how much you can do with 1 tendril, because here, you'll only get one.
Being reliant of a CD that doesnt change makes you more aware of the possibilities.
I don't personnaly need Siphon CD reduction as you will need, in any case, at least 3s to get to full charges anyway. In a real scenario, you'll always have siphon back by the time you maxed the charges.
With any talent, I always tend to put 200HPs in Vora's decks as it's her best card for any situation.
You can of course lesser the DR to put Tendril CD reduction but as i said, changing valors can mess with your "mental timings".
Don't forget, you're an absolute spammer. Especially without healing from tm, you'll want to dive less frequently but spam a lot.
For other items, meditation (if 0 healing) after 2 Chronos and Haven (sorry, i dont know the name of it's new counterpart in english), some agility (which, like for BK, is used while in the air), oc resi if there's any cripple/CC and reju or Vetetan (i prefer reju if i'm being pocketted by Jenos or Corvus... and in general).
I forgot to mention, in the 2 other builds i posted that you forget life rip with Vora... too much low damage output (even in the flank class) result in bad healing... but if there's no healer at all, prefer this over the new definitely dead Kill-to-heal.
Damn. I wrote like it's the end of the world. I know the majority of you won't even read this but for those who envoyed the "Vora Guide", as I feel the need to explain a deck in the context of the character, if even 1 dude has been helped, then it's been my pleasure.
As always, feel free to use, share and have fun!

PS: I'm in a mail discution with the owner of this site who has left the game a while ago and have difficulties in actualising it.
I think he is overwhelmed by the changes (still 6.6 here) while having a full life. And it's a real proof of his past-love for the game to try and ameliorate it... But yeah.
PaladinsGuru will always feel... off, to me. This site is fun and has helped so many people, including me. May it shine again!
