GUIDE:

Heads Will Roll is a legendary you should always use on Andro. Anything else is mediocre and sub-par.

For the cards:
Power of the Abyss should be at least 4 or 5. Up to preference. Must have on Andro because Nether step is an important tool on him.
Elusive is great for extra movement speed which is what you need on Andro, must at 3.
Rest of the cards can be anything in your preference. (The above loadout is an example.)

List of Viable cards:
Abyss Walker - have it at least 3 for effectiveness.
Buying Time - Great to have. Around 2, at least.
Equivalent Exchange - Not a bad card if you want more safety when using reversal.
Quick Draw - Have it at least 2 if using.
Sleight of Hand - Although Buying time is better, this card is still ok at 2.
Seething Hatred - Great for more safety.
Through the Warp - Have it at 3 if using.
Watchful - Not a bad card, but certainly not mandatory.
