Pretty strong set up for off tank.
This is not a bubble bot build but i still use the ability quite often.
Mando Nimble 3 before anything else... This is key to staying alive as Torvald.
Once you get nimble three go straight for cauterize 3
Torvald does really good damage and its pin point accurate. You can zone pretty much anyone out of a spot.
The speed is what makes this all work.
The nullify really bones allot of flanks. Shoot and nullify them about that normal time that flanks dash or use a skill and its gets them killed most of the time. Flanks on point stop showing up there real quick with this build but Torv is so fast that he can easily intercept a flank and possibly kill them alone.
