Guide
Yes... Khan can Out-Heal a Jenos (Something not hard-to-do XD) but it requires a bit of Managing. (Legendary can be Any Depend on your Style)
"Lifetaker" |5/5| : Pretty much Simple, was long you can do Something Helpful you will be able to reduce 40% of Current Cooldown so Snowballing into a Kill-Heal-Kill-Heal.
"Hold the Line!": |4/5 -> 5/5| Increased Healing done by Shout.... nothing much to say.
"Never Surrender!": |3/5 -> 4/5| Reducing Overall Cooldown of Shout.... nothing much to say.

Items:
"Cronos" - Rush into Cronos II if there's at least 3 Cauterizes on your team.
"Wrecker" or "Demolisher": If there's to much Shields (Mainly Vivian & Torvald) or to many Deployables (Barik & Ying).
"Haven" or "Blast Shields": Depends on the Enemy Comp.
"Resilience" or "Illuminate": Depends if Skye or to Many CC (Pip, Inara, BK).
Partners:
Healer that can't Group Heal: Yeah Khan can fix some holes in the team or just be the Tanky Support of the Team.
Low Mobility Champions: Due to their Lack of Mobility you can heal them if they are in a 40-Unit Range.
Playstyle:
Do I really Recommend this playstyle: Probably not. Since its a Support-Oriented Build do don't be Surprised if you can Out-Heal some Healers since was long your team was high burst champions and you at least shot every enemy once you still will trigger "Lifetaker" reducing Cooldown of Shout and yeah you'll be using Grab was a Movement Skill. but Beware you can use Khan was a Support if your team was no Healers or is 2 Tanks 1 Flank 2 Damages or Vice-Versa...
