Pretty simple to explain.
Big reduction on the cool down of pursuit so that you can get your ammo up again, if you didn't get it from Restock already. With the legendary card, your ammo will be reduced to 6 so Assail only has to be at II.
Add in some life steal and Killing blow to heal and you'll have a good time ;p.
