Guide

This is what I pick 80% of games with Pip (other 20% is DPS build).
Pretty defensive loadout that allows you to stay behind and just shot on the point to keep your tank healed (600hp x shot - every 1 second) and do some damage to enemy tank.
Healing will be like: 600 - 600 - 1200 (for the Q: Healing Potion) - 600 - 600 - 600 - 1200, etc. Not bad at my opinion, specially 'cause most of tanks have shields and you can full-hp them easly.
With Acrobat's Trick III your reload will be fast for not waste time between healings, Reload and Shrewd Move are useful for the Q spam and Weightless - Yes, Reload III is enough: it triggers every 5 seconds, you can't spam it neither if level V -.
You may drop Shrewd Move to 1 or Acrobat's Trick to 2 and raise Medicinal Excellence to 5, personal choises~
For items I usually take Haven (or Blast Shields) for flankers and Cauterize to have more impact, but you can also buy Chronos.
The only problems with this are Cauterize (countered a bit with Rejuvenate 3) and Flanks (countered using Weightless to jump close to friends - that hopefully will help you - and Q both).
WARNING: Combat Medic is a double edge sword: Pip takes damages if the shoot is too close. If your tanks are full-hp and you are shooting at enemies backline if a friends will move in front of you your shot will explode on his back, healing him but doing damages to you.
