Guide
I think in terms of importance to this build in descending order I would rank the Items as Lethality, Kill to Heal, Resilience, and in dead last, Morale Boost. Obviously, this can be adjusted, like taking Bulldozer or Wrecker if Deployables/Pets/Illusions or Shields are a problem (especially since you cannot headshot deployables or Shields and Evie cannot headshot anyway, so she can snipe them from a safe distance to help her team). Also, if the enemy team has little to no CC, Resilience could be swapped out if you so choose. I have to remind myself that speed buffs from the cards and items do not stack as far as I am aware (only the highest increase at one time I believe), so I decided to use the item Lethality to get my after-kill/elimination movement speed boost instead of the card Avalanche (which would have been a 20% lower speed boost once Lethality was fully upgraded anyway, plus Avalanche has no jump height bonus compared to Lethality’s 180% increase which could be used to jump before using Soar for some extra height). This allowed me to take full advantage of the combo of Impact 5/5 and Killing Frost 3/5 to reset Soar after a kill/elimination as well as get a 40% cooldown reduction on my other skills (as opposed to just reseting Soar if I went with Killing Frost 5/5 and no Impact). The Ammo from Cantrip is allowed to be upgraded fully because of the absence of Avalanche, which will certainly help chain together kills/eliminations in the enemy backline. To sum things up, this is built around my cards Cantrip, Impact, and Killing Frost giving me 40% reduced cooldowns, a reset Soar, and a guaranteed ammo of at least 5 provided I use my reset Soar after a kill/elimination. With my items Lethality and Kill to Heal making that reset Soar a much more robust reposition window through which I can continue applying pressure to the enemy backline, I can chain kills/eliminations while preferably targetting their supports and then damage (keeping in mind my Talent Over the Moon goes perfect with this build and chaining kills/eliminations through my reset Soar), or I can simply escape/regroup to set up another coordinated play. I love Evie and her movement makes me so happy when I pull this sort of thing off effectively. Thank you for anyone reading and I hope this was helpful :)
