Disclaimer: If you care about the meta, Betty's meta talent is Fiery Disposition, but in my opinion, Gotta Bounce is viable and a lot more fun.

Cards Explanation
1. Bouncing Betty on 5. Since your cooldown for Explosive Personality is down to 5-4 seconds, you will be using this ability a lot and be able to reap the benefits of the heal.
2. Queen's Entrance on 4. This card just helps maximize the distance you can travel with Explosive Personality.
3. Fire From Above on 4. This card helps you climb onto the high ground a lot easier.
Both these cards help your movement significantly. You are a lot more slippery and are able to access locations normal Explosive Personality would not reach.
4. Creator's Claim on 1 is just for extra sustain since you will be in the air and more vulnerable to taking damage.
5. Eureka Moment on 1 is filler, you can change this card and Creator's Claim with what you prefer.
You can change Creator's Claim to 2 points and Fire From Above to 3 because depending on some maps.

Item Purchases
Ideally, you want Nimble, Chronos, Deft Hands, and Haven. These items help you sustain yourself against damage and play aggressively.
Because of CC and Shields, it may not always be possible for you to run these items. In that case, I'd switch out my Haven and or Chronos for Resil and or Wrecker.

Playstyle
Whenever I play with this talent and deck, I am able to move around the map with great mobility. Constantly changing my position, it is harder for flanks to get me.
Taking high ground, engaging enemies on high ground, and spamming them out are easier tasks with this playstyle.
You are able to gain height with your Explosive Personality, and while in the air, toss out Hail of Bombs and Cluster Grenade to enemies on high ground.

This playstyle is good on any map, but Betty in general is worse in maps that do not make enemies group up together.
Champions who are stationary or soak up a lot of damage like Raum or Inara are great matchups for Betty.
Champions who are hypermobile or can burst Betty down is something that can hinder your ability to literally just go all over the place.
